My Experience With Moab Event Services
When I worked with Emilie and Chris on their Red Earth wedding, I couldn’t help but notice how seamless it was at the venue. I know they say your wedding is one of the most stressful events of your life, but you wouldn’t know it looking at the couple. That was all thanks to Lauren and Karl at Moab Event Services! Lauren had spent over a year planning all the details for the 100-person event. She took Emilie’s vision and used it to weave together a creative mix of desert and disco. It was the perfect backdrop for such a fun couple!
Things kicked off the night before the wedding with a welcome dinner. Emilie later told me it was nothing short of amazing. While she wouldn’t have been able to make the weekend run so smoothly, the team behind Moab Event Services made the entire thing feel effortless. Even the couple’s Airbnb was ideal, giving them a fully immersive experience tucked away in the desert!
While all of the events happened right on time, it never felt rushed. The vendor team went to work creating a menu full of excellent food and delicious drinks. The dance floor was packed until the very last second, thanks in part to their exceptional mixologists.
As a wedding photographer, I spend a lot of my time dealing with the headache of coordinating with vendors. Moab Event Services, however, made it a breeze at The Red Earth wedding venue. All the calls went smoothly, and their communication skills were top-notch. They promptly handled everything, including the design and the timeline. In the end, it was obvious that both Emilie and Chris were able to fully enjoy their wedding, which is always a pretty incredible feat!
