There are a lot of options for lodging across Moab, from luxury hotels to Air BNBs. None, however, give you quite the same experience as Glamping Canyonlands. This center was founded by Keshia and Erik Joot in October 2020. Before they started out in this venture, the couple lived in Las Vegas, spending as much time as they could outdoors. They started to feel as though something was missing, so they took a chance, quit their jobs, and bought plane tickets to New Zealand. For the next several months, they traveled across the globe until COVID-19 shortened their journey. They came back to the States and bought a piece of land near HWY 211, and before long, Glamping Canyonlands was born. Today, it stands as a sustainable space where you can get back in touch with nature.
The Experience
Glamping Canyonlands is located just 30 minutes away from the National Park, giving you top-tier accommodations for your Canyonlands wedding. The crown jewels of the property are four bell tents built on top of wooden decks. These tents are nothing short of luxurious. Each space has a cozy bed, a bathroom complete with a shower, and lounge chairs. If you choose to stay here for your elopement weekend, you will have all the amenities you need to get ready ahead of your ceremony.
At the same time, this is a space designed to get you off the grid. There is no wifi, and cell phone service is sparse. Keisha considers this to be a good thing. You can break away from all the stress of the world and just focus on the moment. If you plan to celebrate with friends, you can book out the entire grounds and enjoy your trip together!

At Glamping Canyonlands, your elopement is going to be a complete experience. Each morning, you will wake up to French press coffee before eating breakfast provided by the resort. They have a wooden sauna you can use as much as you’d like throughout your stay. You can also add activities, including outdoor yoga classes and astronomy tours.
