Located on a scenic three acres, Rotary Park is packed with fun for Moab visitors of all ages! The park is situated just off the Mill Creek Parkway Trail System, giving travelers a quick respite before they go about their ways. And while the views are some of the best around, the potential for creative play is truly unrivaled! Your child is about to have a new favorite place where they can run around whenever they want.
The Moab Rotary Park Experience
While there’s no shortage of things to do at Rotary Park in Moab, the playground remains one of the best around. They have the standard play equipment, which is perfect for kids ages 1-5. The steps are small and easy to navigate, while the multiple slides provide enough variety to keep things fun. Once they’re done here, they can head over to the musical instrument section, where they can create their own sweet melody! This area includes xylophones, giant marimbas, and other percussion instruments.
Sure, this might be fun for your kids, but I just know you’re going to spend some time seeing what tunes you can figure out! In addition to all the equipment, this park is rich with beautiful views you can take in from the trail. There are iron bridges that go across shallow creeks, as well as picnic tables where you can stop and get a snack. Seriously, this park is perfect for anything from photo sessions to a day with the family!

Because we’re in a desert, Moab tends to get pretty dang hot throughout the summertime. Rotary Park has a few Moab options to help you keep your cool! First of all, the park is very well shaded, plus they have several pavilions where you can relax. If you still need a way to beat the heat, grab some water shoes and head on over to the creek, where you can spend hours splashing around and skipping stones!
